Classes
Beginner Classes
Sensei Wendi teaches Monday and Wednesday nights at 6pm
Focus: beginner students, from the rank of white through blue/green.
Emphasis on: kihon kata and the first pinan kata, bunkai, and especially learning the basics.
Ranks welcome: white, gold, orange, blue, blue/green.
Intermediate Class
Sensei Grant teaches Thursday nights at 7pm
Focus: intermediate students, from the rank of green through brown.
Emphasis on: pinan and naihanchi kata, bunkai and oyo bunkai, and extending the basics that you learned in the beginner class.
Ranks welcome: all ranks, but keep in mind the focus.
All Level Classes
Sensei Mark teaches Tuesday nights at 7pm
Saturday noontime classes are also available for all levels

Advanced Classes
Kyoshi Gavitt teaches Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:45 pm. Please see the schedule at the dojo for a complete list of all classes, including those for younger students.
There are multiple classes every day of the week except Sunday. Always check the latest schedule at the school!
